Welcome to the website for the Gracie Theatre at Husson University. Our beautiful new 500-seat theatre completed in October of 2009 is Husson's center for the fine and performing arts. Gracie also serves as a learning platform for students from the New England School of Communications in digital audio, sound mixing, set design and construction, lighting, acting and electronics.

ANNOUNCING 2012 SHOWS!     The Gracie Theatre will be announcing their  Inaugural 2012-2013 Season this summer.  Information on tickets for the season will be coming soon.  Below is a list of current events taking place in the Gracie Theatre this summer.

MAY 2012

Bangor Area Children's Choir Twentieth Anniversary Concert-  Friday, May 11, 2012.  6:00 pm. Gracie Theatre. Join BACC , under the direction of Steve Weston as the group celebrates their 20th Anniversary.  Special Guest Performers include the New Renaissance Singers, Bangor Community Chorus and Flutist Judi Pratt.  There will be an open reception following the performance.  All are welcome, admission is free-$5.00 donations suggested. 

NESCom's 30th Anniversary Celebration - Saturday, May 19, 2012.  5:30 pm. Join New England School of Communications as they celebrate with Alumni their 30th anniversary as an educational institution. The evening kicks off with a reception int the Atrium of the Gracie Theatre and moves into the theatre where NESCom will share current and past achievements with old and new Alums.  Contact  NESCom's Chris Shorette  at  973-1037  for more information.
